How to use your phone

Your guide is supplied with your phone

Your guide comes with your phone

The full How to use your phone guide is part of your purchase — it explains how your phone protects itself, so we don't publish it on the open web. You'll find it:

On screen at the end of setup, under Your documents;
as a PDF download from that same section — keep a copy somewhere safe;
by email, if you choose "Email my documents" during setup;
and printed in the box with phones we supply ready-made.

Your private codes (eSIM, VPN, messaging, Signal) are on your setup sheet, shown once at the end of setup and downloadable as a PDF.
