1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Spectre (trading as “global privacy”, ABN [ABN]), an Australian business (“we”, “us”). They cover the purchase of a pre-configured phone from us, and your use of the setup portal at globalprivacy.tel (the “Portal”).

2. What we sell

We sell genuine Google Pixel handsets supplied with GrapheneOS, a third-party privacy-focused operating system, installed and configured through the Portal, together with a per-device connectivity bundle (a data eSIM, a Mullvad VPN account, and Threema licence details) handed over once at setup.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
